- How does voice quoting work?
- Open the app, tap the microphone, and speak your quote — list the items and prices out loud. Quotio transcribes your speech, extracts each line item and its price, and assembles a professional PDF quote automatically.
- My voice isn't being transcribed correctly. What should I do?
- Speak clearly and at a moderate pace in a quiet environment. Make sure you've granted Quotio microphone permission in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or updating to the latest version.
- Why can't I use more than 5 voice quotes this month?
- The free plan includes 5 voice quotes per month. Once you reach the limit, voice quoting is paused until your next billing cycle. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited voice quotes.
- How do I upgrade to Pro?
- Inside the app, tap the upgrade prompt or go to Settings → Subscription. You'll be taken through Apple's standard in-app purchase flow. Your Pro features activate immediately after payment.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Quotio, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Quotio purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically responds within a few days.
- How do I remove the Quotio watermark from my PDFs?
- The watermark is removed automatically when you upgrade to Pro. If you're already on Pro and still see the watermark, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase, and restore purchases in Settings.
- How do I add my own branding to quotes?
- Custom branding (your logo, business name, and colors) is a Pro feature. Go to Settings → Branding inside the app to upload your logo and set your details.
- My purchase isn't showing up. How do I restore it?
- Go to Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase Pro.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@getquotio.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days.
